Dongguan Wangli Power Technology Co., Ltd. (“WLUG Energy”) designs and manufactures its lithium battery systems to the highest industrial quality and safety standards. Every system undergoes 100% End-of-Line (EOL) testing, BMS telemetry calibration, and rigorous cell capacity grading before dispatch.
1. Warranty Terms by Product Category
| Product Category | Standard Warranty | Cycle Life Rating | Core Cell Grade |

| Commercial Inverters & All-in-One | 2 Years (Extendable to 5 Years) | Continuous industrial duty | Pure Sine Wave / High-Voltage MPPT |
| Power & Telecom Battery Modules | 5 Years / 8,000 Cycles @ 90% DoD | ≥8,000 cycles @ 90% DoD | Grade-A LiFePO4 Prismatic |
| Replacement BMS & Control Boards | 3 Years | Industrial RS485/CAN interface | Hardware-grade protection circuits |
2. Warranty Claim & RMA Procedure (Step-by-Step)
To ensure zero operational disruption to overseas projects and minimize logistics costs, WLUG Energy employs a Remote Diagnostics & Direct Air Replacement protocol:
- Step 1: Notice of Issue & BMS Log Submission: Client emails the designated support desk with the product serial number (SN), photos/videos of the error code, and the BMS telemetry log file.
- Step 2: Engineering Assessment within 24 Hours: Our engineering specialists verify cell voltages, temperatures, and BMS fault registers via remote telemetry analysis.
- Step 3: Rapid Modular Dispatch: If a sub-component (such as an individual BMS board, cell interconnect, display unit, or modular pack) is identified as defective, WLUG Energy dispatches genuine replacement parts.
- Step 4: System Replacement: In the rare event of non-field-repairable internal structural failure, a replacement battery module is immediately allocated from the next production batch or nearest regional distributor buffer.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to damages resulting from the following external circumstances:
- Improper installation, wiring, or reverse-polarity connection contrary to the official WLUG Engineering User Manual.
- Operating the battery beyond specified temperature boundaries (-20°C to +55°C) or prolonged exposure to water submersion without adequate enclosure rating.
- Unauthorized modification, firmware rewriting, or disassembly of sealed battery enclosures without written authorization from WLUG technical support.
- Physical impacts, drop shocks during client-managed inland transportation, lightning strikes, or fire disasters not originating from the battery system itself.
